What do you charge for weddings?

I charge $2800 for my full day wedding coverage. Read on to see what this includes…

I start at the very start of your day to the to the end of events. I want to respectfully and carefully capture all of the getting ready right through to the late night celebrations when you say goodbye or are carried out aloft on the hands of your guests. As such I’m not going do you a disservice by looking at a per hour rate and arrive just in time - I want to be there early and relaxed and follow your day to where ever it takes me.

Generally around 50+ finished images per hour will be what I’ll produce for you. A number of images won’t make that list as we all blink, yawn, sneeze occasionally and sometimes technically they won’t be up to my high standards or they’ll be the best of a series shot in quick succession - digital photography allows us the luxury of shooting more.

Those thousands of images I’ll process into the final set. I don’t outsouce my editing or selection of images which means I don’t take on a lot of jobs per month. For me i craft images and look for processing that compliments the image and the final gallery. This means going through a selection process and building an image collection - and then after processing looking through every image once again to check to see if I’ve missed moments or events in your day.

You’ll see your gallery online being built up as i process and after all is done I’ll create two USB drives with identical copies in a veriety of resolutions for social media or print. Why two - these memories are precious - keep one safe and use the other to copy and print the files.

What if my wedding is a small ceremony only event?

Then I’ll charge along the lines of a family portrait shoot - genererally about $500. I’m a resonable person and I do vary my packages to suit your circumstances.
